Settlement Customer Satisfaction Rating
Upon confirmation that settlement has been effected, our clients are posted an appraisal form and each month one is randomly selected to win a $100 hardware or gardening voucher. These feedback forms enable Mint Settlements to monitor key performance indicators on how well we deliver the settlement process.
As the bulk of Mint's work is generated by repeat and referral clients, it is rewarding to see over 95% of all surveys consistently rate the quality of service, professionalism and standard of care at between 8/10 and 10/10. Considering we handle an average of 3,500 settlements per annum for properties valued in excess of $770,000,000.00, we are proud of this client rating.
Everyone who completes a feedback form has an equal chance of winning and the winner is published monthly on the website. Mint shares the contents of the feedback forms (excluding privacy details) with our referring real estate agents, land developers or mortgage brokers so that they are comfortable continuing to recommend Mint Settlements.
